How does myCOO actually work?
After signing up, you connect your WhatsApp or Telegram account to myCOO. From that point, whenever you send a message to your myCOO bot, our AI processes it, understands what you need, and executes the task — whether that's creating an invoice, setting a reminder, generating a post, or giving business advice. Everything happens in the background; you just chat normally.
Is it safe to connect my WhatsApp number?
Yes. We use Baileys, a widely-used open-source WhatsApp library. Your WhatsApp connection uses the same encryption WhatsApp itself uses. We never access your personal chats — only messages sent to your myCOO bot. You can disconnect at any time from your settings.
Do I need a separate WhatsApp Business account?
No. myCOO works with your regular WhatsApp personal number. You don't need a WhatsApp Business account. When you connect, a separate 'myCOO' contact appears in your WhatsApp and you chat with it like any other contact.
What happens if I change my phone or get a new number?
You can reconnect at any time from your dashboard settings. Your conversation history, notes, reminders, and documents stay safe in your account — they're stored on our servers, not your phone.
Can myCOO actually send invoices and PDFs?
Yes. When you ask myCOO to create an invoice or quotation, it generates a professional PDF document, stores it in your documents library, and can email it directly to your client. You can also download it from your dashboard at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Unfortunately we are not offering free trial at the moment. but we promise you a service thats more than just a subscription.
